After exiting media, Seth cut his teeth in the venture-backed startup scene in Chicago, providing everything from podcast consulting services that led to 1M total downloads within 12 months, to PR resulting in earned media in CNN, Fox News, USA Today, Fox Sports, Yahoo, Sports Illustrated and every major TV, talk radio and newspaper outlet in the Chicago market.

Most recently, Seth led Marketing for a holdings company in the uber-competitive markets of Commercial Real Estate, Private Equity, Architecture and Construction, overseeing Communications for millions of dollars of transactions and hundreds of commercial tenants.
